I have been operating this coffee shop ever since I took over from my father back in early 1960’s. All these years, I had most of my meals from the stalls in the coffee shop and Seng Thor Lormee is one of my favorite. Mr. Foong’s Lormee today tastes way better than in the past. I have been eating his Lormee everyday for as long as I can remember. The secret, apparently is very simple. Mr. Foong is extremely generous when preparing the “Lor” for the noodles. He uses an incredible amount of Bak Kut with the right combination of his secret recipe to enhance the taste and aroma. I am a diehard fan of his Lormee.
